This is an ongoing group that accepts all members, new or seasoned, so please join us when you are able to attend. We meet at the home of Sheri Teeter and will email participants if any change occurs. Please contact Sheri if you have any questions about the event. This group meets on the first and third Monday of each month and there is no fee. We have several special session this year with Myah Lee. Myah has done extensive study into the art of Mindfulness and Self-compassion. She practices here in Durango. Myah will be joining us and conducting our session on the dates of February 3, April 7, June 2, August 18, October 6 and December 1. All other sessions will be conducted by Sheri. Take control of your life and be mindful of every moment to be engaged and in the present, to enjoy life, to stay safe, to grow in compassion and to handle life's stresses. These are just a few of the benefits of practicing mindfulness.
