North Animas Village is offering new online programs to bring our community together while sheltering in place. In order to participate, you will need to use Zoom. Don't be intimidated; it's easy! 

We've created these guides to help you get comfortable with Zoom, whether you're participating in an event or hosting your own meeting. Click on any of the links below:

For Participants:

For Hosts:

1. How to Create an Account (You must have a Zoom account to host a meeting)

2. How to Schedule a Meeting in the Future: (Choose any of these options)
   • Use the Zoom Website
   • Use the Zoom App
   • Download the Chrome Extension (For Google Calendar)
   • Get the Outlook Plugin (For Microsoft Outlook)
3. How to Invite People to a Meeting Right Now (Choose any of these options)
   • Use the Zoom Website
   • Use the Zoom App
4. Hosting Functions:
   • How to Make Someone a Co-Host (This lets you share the administrative work)
   • How to Admit Participants Into a Meeting (NOTE: You only need this if the Waiting Room is enabled)
   • How to Allow Participants to Share Their Screen
   • How to Rename a Participant (This is helpful if a participant's "Zoom name" isn't what they want to be called)
